2018 Pee Wee Soccer Program Overview: The purpose of the Pee Wee Soccer program is to develop basic soccer skills and knowledge of the game in a fun environment. As such, soccer activity is limited to one day a week. All practices and games take place on Sunday. Each week consists of a practice period, immediately followed by a game. Visitation BVM CYO Fall Sports: The official CYO Fall Season kicks off on Monday, August 13. Please refer to the website and emails sent to those participants that registered their Intent to play a fall CYO sport. Evaluation times are posted on CYO website and below. Your child cannot participate in the evaluation process without registering their intent to play. Varsity Soccer Evaluations: Varsity Soccer Evaluations (7th and 8th graders) will take place on Friday, August 17, 6:30 – 8:00 pm and Wednesday, August 22, and Friday, August 24 from 6 – 7:30 pm at Visitation. Visitation Gladiators Football Practices: The Visitation Gladiators JV and Varsity football team kicks off their official season beginning on Monday, August 13. The Glads practice Monday through Thursday from 6 – 8 pm. Equipment will be handed out and uniforms order for those individuals that are registered and the registration fee has been paid. You have previously registered your intent to play but now the official registration period is open. The fee is $200 to play football. Please register your child under Gladiators Football 2018 on Sports Illustrated Play at www.visitationbvm.siplay.com.
JV and Varsity Field Hockey Camp—JV and Varsity field hockey camp will be held on Monday, August 20; Tuesday, August 21, and Wednesday, August 22, from 9:30 – 11 am, at Visitation. All registered girls should come prepared with cleats; shin and mouth guards; eye cages; and field hockey sticks. Girls should also bring plenty of water. Visitation Cheer: The Visitation Cheer team will hold its pre-camp practice on Wednesday, August 22, from 1 – 4 pm in the Visitation gym. Try outs for cheer were held in May. Registration for cheerleading opens on Monday, August 13. Please register your daughter at www.visitationbvm.siplay.com. Your registration needs to be complete in order to attend camp. Only register your daughter for one team: JV Competition team—all 4th graders should register under this title; Non-competition team—any girl (5 – 8 grade) not interested in competing should register under this title; and Competition team—all girls grades 5 – 8 interested in competing should register under this title. Registration for our sports teams & programs are held before each season. Registration is the responsibility of the parents and children. We have tried to make this as easy as possible. Because of the volume of participants we must insist that you register in the time allocated so that we can have enough time to prepare the rosters for each team in each season. We advertise the dates on our website, this registration page, the Church bulletin, the school's One Call Now email, PREP's email and our own CYO email blasts. Registration is only conducted online via our website. The system will allow for registration during the advertised period only. You may pay for your registration with most major credit cards online. Registration typically takes place over a 2-3 week period.
